By shifting the focus from what materials we use to how we use them, this course provides evidence-based, practical protocols for irrigation, instrumentation, and obturation. Participants will explore how to seamlessly integrate CBCT (Cone Beam Computed Tomography) into their workflow to map complex root canal systems and identify resorptive defects before a file ever touches the tooth. We will explore irrigation beyond simply filling the canal with chemicals to mastering fluid dynamics and advanced activation techniques that eradicate biofilm from complex anatomy. We will focus on executing true three-dimensional hydraulics that ensure a dense, void-free obturation from the apex to the coronal interface. Walk away with the tools to eliminate guesswork, reduce procedural errors, and improve long-term treatment outcomes.
