The 65th Annual El Paso Dental Conference returns to the Starlight Event Center on September 23–24, 2027, with vendor set-up on Wednesday, September 22. Forty-eight booths. One flat price. And a floor plan where every attendee walks past your table on the way to class.
Exhibited with us in 2026? Your booth is held for you until October 30, 2026. Reserve by then and it is yours. After that, spaces go first come, first served. Main sponsors are placed first and get their choice of location.
WHY EXHIBIT AT THE EPDC
The 6th floor is tight on purpose. Every classroom, all three coffee stations and the lunch line sit on the far side of the exhibit hall, so attendees circulate through your space to get anywhere at all. Breakfast at 7:30, the morning break at 9:45 and lunch at 11:30 all happen on the exhibit floor. You cannot really be missed here.
In 2026 we sold 45 of our 48 spaces, and the back run by the elevators sold out completely. There is no bad corner of this floor.

Every booth is $900 — one flat price for any space on the floor, with no premium tier.

Electricity is $100 extra. We run a surge-protected power strip to your booth from the nearest outlet and hand out cords at set-up. If you need a hard-wired line instead, say so on the form and the venue’s AV lead will contact you directly.
Reserve now and you keep this year’s rate. If the 2027 price changes later, early reservations stay at $900.
CHOOSE YOUR SPACE
All 48 spaces on the Starlight Event Center’s own 6th-floor plan. Tell us three booth numbers in order of preference — or simply tell us which area you like and we will place you.
We assign in the order reservations arrive, and we check every neighbour before the floor is set so you are not standing next to a direct competitor. Tell us on the form what you sell and who you would rather not be beside.

Want first pick of the floor? Meeting sponsors are placed before anyone else and choose their own location, on top of recognition throughout the conference.
Available each year: breakfast and coffee stations, popcorn, lanyards, the speaker dinner, an individual speaker, program book advertisements and attendee bag inserts.
