Dr. William E. Graves is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon and the Founder, President, and Chief Medical Officer of Full Smile Management, a multi-specialty dental service organization with practices throughout Texas, including Amarillo, Lubbock, El Paso, San Antonio, Prosper, and additional expanding markets. Full Smile Management emphasizes comprehensive, interdisciplinary care with a strong focus on airway health, oral surgery, orthodontics, periodontics, endodontics, pediatric dentistry, prosthodontics, and overall patient wellness.
In addition to maintaining an active surgical practice, Dr. Graves oversees the clinical direction and growth of multiple specialty practices while working closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop airway-centered models of care. His primary clinical interests include obstructive sleep apnea, craniofacial growth and development, tongue function, maxillary expansion, MARPE, frenectomy, orthognathic surgery, and the integration of surgical and non-surgical therapies for patients with airway disorders.
Dr. Graves has lectured nationally and internationally on oral and maxillofacial surgery, airway health, tongue function, sleep-disordered breathing, practice leadership, and interdisciplinary treatment planning. He is also the Founder and President of the Full Smile Foundation.
