Where will the meeting be held?
The 61st Annual El Paso Dental Meeting will be held at the Starlight Event Center, located at 6650 Continental Dr. El Paso, TX 79925, near the El Paso International Airport.
Can I register online?
Yes.
May I register for the meeting, if my dentist is not coming?
Yes.
Do I have to register for both morning and afternoon courses?
Yes. The 2023 meeting will be offering CE credits in 3 hour course increments. Morning session (A) runs from 8:30-11:30am and afternoon session (B) runs from 1:00-4:00pm. Please feel free to mix and match your courses.

The El Paso Dental Conference is hosted near the El Paso International Airport. The airport area has a variety of hotels in close proximity to the event center.

What times will the exhibit hall be open?
Exhibit Hall Hours:
Thursday, September 28th, 7:30 am – 5:00 pm
Friday, September 29th, 7:30am – 4:00 pm.
When will I receive my registration materials?
You will receive an email confirmation after registering online. Badges and tickets for confirmed courses are mailed approximately 2-3 weeks prior to the meeting for those individuals pre-registered by September 9th.
How do I receive my course handouts?
Handouts will be available on the registration website. It is recommended that attendees download handouts to an electronic device or print prior to the meeting. Printed handouts are not available in the classrooms.
How do I obtain CE credits?
EPDC provides one hour of credit for each hour of lecture. At the conclusion of the lecture, the clinician host will announce the completion code. CE Verification will be available at www.elpasodentalconference.com for 90 days following the meeting. Your meeting badge number and completion code(s) will be required to record your CE hours through the EPDC Meeting website.
*Only courses that are scientific and technical qualify for TSBDE continuing education credits. To verify attendance and obtain CE credit, the attendee must record the code number announced at the end of each session on the appropriate CE form. It is the responsibility of the individual to obtain the code, complete the form, and retain all CE documentation.
*Approved PACE Program Provider FAGD/MAGD credit approval does not imply acceptance by a state or provincial board of dentistry or AGD endorsement.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation / Refund Deadline: September 14th, 2023
All eligible requests for refunds or cancellations must be received in writing on or before 9/14/2023. Send a written request for cancellation / refund accompanied by badge number and summary of registration to the El Paso Dental Conference. An administrative charge of 20% will be assessed. Refunds are processed 4 weeks following completion of the dental conference. Please send all refund requests to Yolanda Alva-Corella at yoli.epdc@hotmail.com
*No refunds will be issued to EPDDS members pursuant to the El Paso District Dental Society bylaws. According to the bylaws, all EPDDS members are required to register for the annual El Paso Dental Conference each year of the member’s active membership.
