What are the dates of the 57th Annual El Paso Dental Meeting?

This years meeting will be on Thursday, September 19th and Friday, September 20th, 2019.

 

What is the cancellation policy?

Absolutely no refunds will be issued to EPDDS members persuant to the El Paso District Dental Society bylaws. According to the bylaws, all EPDDS members are required to register for the annual El Paso Dental Conference each year of the member’s active membership.

ALL ELIGIBLE REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED IN WRITING ON OR BEFORE 9/1/119 AND WILL BE ASSESSED A 20% ADMINISTRATIVE CHARGE.

 

Where will the meeting be held?

The 56th Annual El Paso Dental Meeting will be held at JUDSON F. WILLIAMS CONVENTION CENTER.

When is the Exhibit Hall open?

The exhibit hall will be open Thursday, September 19, 7:30 am -6:00 pm, and Friday, September 20, 7:30am -4:00 pm.

 

How do I obtain CE credits?

To verify attendance and obtain CE credit, the attendee must record the code number announced at the end of each session on the appropriate CE form. It is the responsibility of the individual to obtain the code, complete the form, and retain all CE documentation.

Electronically claim your credits by returning to the registration dashboard and logging in with your badge number/regID and last name. This number can be found on your email confirmation or in the bottom left corner of your name badge.

Then click on options at the top of the page and CE (if not automatically directed to the CE dashboard). From this page, you will be promoted to enter your AGD number if applicable, if not click no and proceed to enter your 4 digit CE code and take the survey to redeem your CE credit. You can then email the certificate to your self and/or print for your records.

Where do I access Speaker Handouts?

Please log in to your registration dashboard with your Badge number/ RegID & last name found on your email confirmation or on the bottom left of your name badge. Handouts will be available on or before September 18th, 2018.  On the registration summary page, there will be a small blue cloud beside the course title. Click on the cloud to download the course handout.
